Embracing the Future: Successfully Navigating Change and Transition
Change or die is an evolutionary imperative for organizations today. Employees can act as facilitators, barriers or saboteurs depending how they view the change. Companies can’t afford to ignore the power the “change targets” have on the overall success of the organizational transition process. A successful outcome depends on the ability of employees to accept and rally around the new vision.
In this workshop, managers and their teams will learn a process for successfully navigating change in a structured, practical way and tools for understanding individual differences in approaching change.
