The InterStrength® Explorer-How We Do What We Do
How We Do What We Do is the only on-line self-discovery processes for the powerful InterStrength® model of Interacction Styles. The InterStrength® models of understanding personality differences provide a common language for understanding our natural diversity.
This web-based, interactive self-discovery program is the result of over 17 years of research and testing and 25 years of organizational consulting, team development, and individual coaching experience. In How We do What We Do, the Berens Interaction Styles model provides you with insightful and useful information about how you are naturally inclined to interact and influence others. Once you are aware of your natural, automatic tendencies, you can consciously choose to be more flexible and therefore more effective in your communications. Interaction Styles provides easily recognizable information about how people interact, how they make decisions, and how they function effectively in teams. This model identifies powerful drives and underlying beliefs that help develop rapport and strengthen collaboration with business partners and on teams.

How We Do What We Do simulates our leading workshop program and provides access to the wealth of knowledge accumulated since 1992 when our expert teaching faculty began delivering these programs.

This on-demand web-based tool walks you through the self-discovery experience step-by-step in 60 – 90 minutes each depending on your learning style. You can log in and out any number of times over the duration of the subscription. At the end you will have a portrait of your preferred Interaction Style and methods that you can use as you communicate and interact with others.
