Course Description:
This workshop is designed for training and consulting professionals who want to make their work with teams more effective. It gives professionals the tools to help them facilitate teams into The Communication Zone™. They need to be in The Communication Zone™ to become high performing teams. You will learn to help your clients increase their productivity and job satisfaction by learning to apply Temperament, Interaction Styles, and Cognitive Dynamics to all kinds of team situations. We will use simulations to give you practice in applying your knowledge to group processes so that you can effectively use the models in the background or directly with teams to help them function better.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Policy: No full refunds will be made. Cancellations made at least 45 days prior to the workshop start date will receive a refund of 70% of the registration fee. The 30% deposit, plus the costs of any special shipping, are non-refundable. Cancellations made 15-44 days prior to the workshop start date will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee. No refunds will be made for any cancellations received between 0-14 days of training start date. No cancellations may be made after transferring to another program.
Transfer Policy: All transfers must take place within 12 months of the originally scheduled workshop. All transfers that take place prior to 45 days before the training start date are subject to a $25 transfer fee. Transfers that take place 45 to 15 days prior to the training start date are subject to a $250 transfer fee. All transfers that occur within the 14 days prior to the training start date will be charged a $500 transfer fee. In the event of a cancellation of a workshop for any reason, Interstrength Associates’ liability is limited to the return of registration fees only.
