Course Description:
Never before has there been such a market need for leadership development. The current leaders are nearing retirement age. The emerging leaders need management and leadership training. And they especially need the skills of being in The Communication Zone™.
Leadership is about “being and doing”. We will exam the Temperament, Interaction Styles, and Cognitive Dynamics models for how their use can impact the “being” of a leader—who the leader is, how authentic they are, how they can get out of the way of their own “Be-Like-Me” agenda. We will also relate these models to what leaders do—make decisions, find and encourage talent, communicate vision, influence and so on.
In this course you will gain the knowledge and tools to help leaders and managers fulfill their leadership potential. You will learn how to use your knowledge of individual differences to help them remove performance barriers and ensure maximum achievement in those they are responsible for.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Policy: No full refunds will be made. Cancellations made at least 45 days prior to the workshop start date will receive a refund of 70% of the registration fee. The 30% deposit, plus the costs of any special shipping, are non-refundable. Cancellations made 15-44 days prior to the workshop start date will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee. No refunds will be made for any cancellations received between 0-14 days of training start date. No cancellations may be made after transferring to another program.
Transfer Policy: All transfers must take place within 12 months of the originally scheduled workshop. All transfers that take place prior to 45 days before the training start date are subject to a $25 transfer fee. Transfers that take place 45 to 15 days prior to the training start date are subject to a $250 transfer fee. All transfers that occur within the 14 days prior to the training start date will be charged a $500 transfer fee. In the event of a cancellation of a workshop for any reason, Interstrength Associates’ liability is limited to the return of registration fees only.
