Course Description:
This course will enable life coaches, performance coaches, and management development professionals to extend their personal and professional effectiveness and supply powerful tools to assist their clients to do the same. Attendees will learn how to improve their own ability to work with diverse clients, to enhance their clients' effectiveness and to teach managers to coach those they lead.
Since coaching is about your clients and the results they want to achieve, individual differences must be taken into consideration. No matter what coaching model you use, the Interstrength® Method for facilitating self-discovery and self-leadership has a contribution to make.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation Policy: No full refunds will be made. Cancellations made at least 45 days prior to the workshop start date will receive a refund of 70% of the registration fee. The 30% deposit, plus the costs of any special shipping, are non-refundable. Cancellations made 15-44 days prior to the workshop start date will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee. No refunds will be made for any cancellations received between 0-14 days of training start date. No cancellations may be made after transferring to another program.
Transfer Policy: All transfers must take place within 12 months of the originally scheduled workshop. All transfers that take place prior to 45 days before the training start date are subject to a $25 transfer fee. Transfers that take place 45 to 15 days prior to the training start date are subject to a $250 transfer fee. All transfers that occur within the 14 days prior to the training start date will be charged a $500 transfer fee. In the event of a cancellation of a workshop for any reason, Interstrength Associates’ liability is limited to the return of registration fees only.
