Overview
Workplace excellence – peak performance – has never been more important than it is today for individuals at all levels within an organization. Expectations have never been higher, and a manager’s role in employee development has become critically important. The manager acting as coach supports employees in both career development and performance enhancement. This workshop offers a road map for coaching employees to achieve and sustain excellence in their individual and team work roles. Using this approach, managers can help employees explore the four personal dimensions that must exist to create sustained peak performance and develop a customized development plan that will lead to higher levels of workplace excellence.
During this workshop participants will learn to:
Help employees focus their efforts to maximize performance at work
Coach employees to increase accountability and implementation of development plans
Use insightful questioning and guidance to help employees determine developmental needs and plans
Explore the four dimensions of peak performance at work:

Vision of Performance Excellence
Work Roles Fit
Workplace Culture Fit
Identify their own core needs, governing values, and natural talents and practice coaching others in this process
Experience creating a Peak Performance Development Plan and create an action plan for coaching others in creating a personal customized plan
