In this course you will experience and learn how to use the Interstrength® assessments and method in a variety of lengths and formats. You will learn about temperament theory, Interaction Styles, and Cognitive Dynamics in depth so you can apply any of the three models of The Self-Discovery Process® on their own or in an integrated way with applications to teams, leadership, and development. You will gain great self-awareness as well as how to help others identify and clarify their best-fit personality type.
