Overview
“What happened? I did everything right and I still lost the sale.”  Why are there some people you can’t seem to connect with and others who warm up to you immediately? The answer is often tied to the incredible differences that exist between people in their Interaction Styles.  An ability to pick up on these subtle clues in potential clients can mean the difference between a connection and a “cut-off.”

In this workshop, participants explore their strengths and weaknesses in communicating with and influencing others. They will learn not only how to identify their own Interaction Styles and that of their potential clients but also specifically how to use that information to enhance sales success.



During this workshop participants will learn to:

  • Identify their own preferred style and how to maximize communication effectiveness
  • Recognize the styles of others and adapt to connect at a deeper level
  • Learn the “turn-offs” for each style and how to avoid them
  • Read the body language of each style and adapt their own body language effectively
  • Use a neutral style before they’ve had an opportunity to identify a potential client’s Interaction Style
  • Shift perspectives and learn to communicate in all four Interaction Styles
