Alumni Support Program
Interstrength Associates' Alumni have an understanding of how the multiple models can transform individuals and organizations through understanding and leveraging diversity. Each of the models, Temperament, Interaction Styles, and Cognitive Dynamics, have practical applications to improve communication, help resolve conflict, increase creativity and innovation and much, much more.  In order to better meet the needs of our alumni we have created a program that offers a variety of ways to assist you in bringing this knowledge to the workplace.

The Alumni Support Program Membership Options provides a cost-effective way for Interstrength Associates Alumni to:

• continue to sharpen their skill sets 
• receive coaching on the content, practices and principles of the Self-Discovery Process® and/or the Interstrength Method
• receive coaching on facilitating the Self-Discovery Process individually or with a group
• get consulting for organization implementation of the Interstrength Method

• receive design assistance in customizing a program that will meet organizational objectives
