Advanced Team Dynamics Facilitation
Applying the Interstrength® Method to Teams

Pre-requisite: Completion of an Interstrength Training or a thorough understanding of Temperament, Interaction Styles, and Cognitive Dynamics.

This two-day workshop is designed for anyone who works with teams and wants to make their work with teams more effective. You will learn to help your clients increase their productivity and job satisfaction by learning to apply the Interstrength® Team Model and the Interstrength Method to all kinds of team situations.

This is an experiential applications workshop that focuses on increasing process consultation skills using the Multiple Model approach of the Interstrength Method--Temperament, Interaction Styles, and Cognitive Dynamics.

In this workshop participants will . . .

• Learn to use type-adapted communication strategies to accelerate the stages of team development.
• Help intact teams become high performing teams by learning how to best utilize the natural contributions of each team member.
• Help teams manage the inevitable conflict that comes from diversity.
• Learn to impart teamwork skills that individuals can take from team to team.
