Solid, clear communication is at the very heart of your patient care process. If you’re looking for ways to make your communication more effective, we can help.
The Interstrength® Care team is dedicated to serving healthcare professionals. We create a “common language” for understanding and appreciating individual differences.
|
Greater organizational effectiveness can be achieved through our personality-centered, systems approach to clarifying communication preferences, personal and team learning styles, and understanding individual core needs.
The models we teach are intuitive, easy to learn, and immediately applicable to your work environment. You will see clearer patient-provider communication, greater employee and patient satisfaction, improved patient care coordination, higher levels of patient safety, lower error rates and steadily increasing productivity. Here is what the CEO of a hospital we worked with said about our communication intervention. Today, that intervention is thriving and contributed to the hospital
being selected as one of Fortune Magazine’s Top 100 Best Companies To Work For in the US:
“One of our base principles is that communication is the ‘life blood’ of our organization. The complexities of people-to-people communication are real; and people need tools to deal with the complexities. With the excellent help of Interstrength® Care we tried an experiment—educate over 1000 people almost at once, about Temperament. It worked! We now have an organization that is tuned-in to one another on a new level. The ‘life blood ‘ is flowing clearer and cleaner. Our people-to-people encounters are better. Human differences are appreciated in a new way.”
Rick Linneweh, CEO
Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital
